Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days

International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
T1PS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at t1pssdiabetes@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
