At T1PS, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at t1pssdiabetes@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order. If there is an issue with your item, please reach out to us.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at t1pssdiabetes@gmail.com.
